MIF Hamadony
Hamadony Muzafarov – TAJIKISTAN

He is the Founder of Learning Center, an English teacher and a teacher trainer. He has been teaching English more than ten years in Navdi Village of the Rasht District in rural Tajikistan. He fights for girls’ education in his town. U.S. Embassy provided me with funds for an innovative pilot programme in English language for talented female students. Under his tutelage, his first students became “trailblazers” in the community. Moreover, he also encourages his students to use English to build relationships abroad. They have connected with school children of other countries though virtual and pen-pal exchange programs such as Global Kidwish Project 2015, Virtual Valentines Project 2016 and Skype chats with a Kenyan school. These projects focus on leadership, empowerment, and mutual understanding. He has also been honored with grants and invitations from international organizations. He has received grants from GIZ/Education, the US Embassy Alumni Grants Program, English Access Micro-scholarship Program, Democracy Commission Small Grants Program, the Regional English Language Office in Kazakhstan, International Research and Exchanges Board, and US-based NGO Bridges to Tajikistan.

Mohmmad Shahzaman – BANGLADESH

He is an assistant teacher of Batakandi High School. He is an international coordinator of Batakandi High School of connecting classroom and Commonwealth Class. He is also School Ambassador of connecting classroom, British Council Bangladesh. His school has got International School Award under his guidance and innovative work from British Council. He is using multimedia and digital contents in his daily teaching-learning process. He is the master trainer of ICT and founder Secretary of IT Focus, Titas branch, Comilla. He has participated in many international and national programmes related to innovative teaching at the school level. He has completed advance ICT provided TQI-2 from Bangladesh Government.

Ramesh Prasad Badoni – INDIA

He is working as Lecturer in Physics. He is also Google certified teacher and Microsoft Innovative teacher internationally. He is National ICT Awardee 2012 by Govt. of India responsible for developing SME, KSA of a young kids’ workforce of department of education in Uttarakhand state using ICT tools. He has created online courses (MOOCS) under IIT Bombay and MHRD India in coordination with NCERT at SWAYAM Edx platform.
He is focusing on the innovative pedagogical practices in schools and its outbreaks in social environments. He has been working in development of e-content, on-line course and activity books of Elementary and middle level Education, design of Teacher’s Training module and Evaluation of In-Service Teacher’s training since last thirteen years at National and international format.
He is a National and State Resource Person for the ICT Education. He has won several awards in the field of education for his outstanding work. He is National ICT Mentor.

Mohammed Abo Hassan – KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN

He is using various tools like Sway, Word, Microsoft PowerPoint specially Office Mix and AuthorKit in his classroom. Quizzes and Questions in Author-Kit that are important and effective tools for the assessment of his students by him. His work has been recognized at highest level in his country by the Minister of Education. He is teaching English in Egypt since 2004 and in Bahrain since 2012. He is using various interactive programmes in English in his classroom over the year and is inspirational source for the others. He is very innovative teacher and has won many international recognitions for his innovative.

Hari Krishna Arya – INDIA

He has 38 years’ experience of teaching (Biology/Science/ICT) including 26 years’ experience of educational administration with different capacities. He has developed a number of teaching aids and actively involved in developing multimedia digital content on various topics of Biology & Science. Outstanding efforts done for spreading Computer Literacy, for which received well recognition.
Actively involved in On-line teaching. Teaching virtually using Skype and Lync in a huge number of government Schools, having scarcity of teachers. Vast experience of conducting ICT training for teachers through PIL teacher Training Program sponsored by Microsoft as Centre Superintendent of District Computer Training Centre and many other; and monitoring and administrating of Computer Aided Learning Project running in elementary schools under SSA.
Participated in a number of State, National and International level Conferences, Workshops and Seminars. Also a number of radio talks and features on various topics have been broadcasted from All India Radio.Recipient of several awards and accolades of national and international level for spreading digital literacy and using ICT innovatively in education

Hemanathan Harikrishnan – MALAYSIA

 He is the elementary school teacher and is the best website created recognised by International Cyber Fair Organisation. He created “WPOL learning Approaches” at school level that was later used as a model for all schools in the district. His approach made teaching-learning interactive and more enjoyable. He also launched “Game Based Learning Programmed through Literacy and Numeracy” program aimed at increasing reading proficiency of 3rd graders while making reading fun. He also designed and implemented remedial classes for students range 7-12 years who struggling to acquire literacy and numeracy skills. He worked with the slow learner kids and has cured 22 students within 6 month by sends back them to mainstream classes by using technology tool to master literacy and numeracy skills. He has received many awards for his innovative work.

She is working in Secondary School – Gheorghe Popescu in Scornicesti, Olt, Romania, Europe . She is Editor Chief – national math and science magazine Ellipse, the public and teachers from REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA, GEORGIA, AZERBAIDJAN. She is a trainer courses for teachers who participate in education completion exam. She has completed online courses on site from European Schoolnet and the University of California, Irvine, Stanford University.
Member of the national body of experts in educational management, Romania.Coordinator Symposium, National character modeling students through extracurricular activities”, advised Didactic Corp House. Organizer and Coordinator regional project with international participation,, 14 March-day international of the number Pi “, project advised by the Ministry of Education in Romania. This project collaborating with teachers from 14 countries on 4 continents: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Canada, Moldova, Turkey, India, Tunisia, Reunion Island, Slovakia, Pakistan.She is Organizer and Coordinator national math contest, Magic numbers”, project advised by the Ministry of Education in Romania, participated in this contest and teachers from REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA. Activity platforms Microsoft Education, Microsoft Virtual Academy, Google: Digital Workshop. Act as Ambassador Campaign, for “Europe, our home”. She is consultant in organizing activities within the project, Young people are building green bridges “Eastern European Foundation funded by resources from EU.
